  • 1 small onion, very finely chopped (or 1 tsp onion powder)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions :

  1. Thaw the spinach and squeeze out as much water as you can with a towel.
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir until mixed.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan, onion, and garlic.
  5. Fold in the drained spinach and lemon juice if using.
  6. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
  7. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour so the flavors combine.
  8. Serve cold, or heat in a small oven-safe dish at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes for a warm dip.
