FAQs

Q: Can I use butter instead of oil?
A: Yes. Use melted butter in the same amount for richer flavor.

Q: How do I know when the cake is done?
A: Insert a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean or with a few crumbs, it is done.

Q: Can I make this in a larger pan?
A: Yes. For a 9×13 pan, double the recipe and increase bake time until a toothpick comes out clean.

Q: Can I skip the icing?
A: Yes. The cake is good without icing. The streusel adds sweetness.
