Description

A quick and delicious vegetable stir fry packed with flavor, perfect for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan.
  4. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, until tender but still crunchy.
  5. Pour the soy sauce over the stir fry and mix well.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if using, and serve hot.
